Overview
Seiran is a moon rabbit from the Touhou Project series, specifically appearing in Touhou Kikeijuu ~ Legacy of Lunatic Kingdom. She serves as one of the Moon Capital’s scouts and is sent to the surface alongside Ringo. Seiran is cheerful, energetic, and somewhat naive, with a strong love of dango, which is her favorite food. In the story, she acts as a minor antagonist and stage enemy, helping establish the conflict between the Moon and the Earth while also showing the playful side of the moon rabbit characters.
