Overview
Kamen Rider MadRogue is a powerful armored Rider from Kamen Rider Build, used by Kengo Inukai in the series. He is a rival and sometimes antagonist figure associated with Faust and later the rogue forces surrounding the conflict over the Fullbottles and the Sky Wall nations. MadRogue’s design emphasizes speed, aggression, and a dangerous experimental power set.
