Osamu Tezuka is not a fictional character from Tetsuwan Atom, but the real-life manga artist who created the series. In relation to Tetsuwan Atom, Tezuka serves as the original creator and guiding creative force behind the story, characters, and themes. His work shaped Astro Boy’s optimistic vision of science, humanity, and robots.
