Overview
Isamu Alva Dyson is a hot-blooded test pilot and the main protagonist of Macross Plus. He is a talented but reckless former U.N. Spacy pilot selected for the YF-19 fighter project, where his aggressive flying style and natural skill make him both impressive and difficult to control. Throughout the series, Isamu becomes involved in a tense rivalry with fellow pilot Guld and a complicated relationship with Myung Fang Lone, while also helping uncover the truth behind the advanced AI project Sharon Apple.
