Overview
Liquid Snake is a major antagonist in Metal Gear Solid. He is the genetically engineered twin brother of Solid Snake and one of the surviving clones of Big Boss, created as part of the Les Enfants Terribles project. Charismatic, ruthless, and highly intelligent, Liquid leads the FOXHOUND unit’s revolt on Shadow Moses Island while seeking revenge against his “brother” and control over Metal Gear REX. His role is central to the game’s plot, serving as both a personal rival and a symbol of the series’ themes of identity and inherited conflict.
