Overview
Seymour Guado is a central antagonist in the video game Final Fantasy X. As the Maester of Yevon and leader of the Guado people, he is a powerful summoner with a mysterious past, being of both human and Guado descent. Seymour seeks to use the power of Sin to bring about what he believes is a merciful end to Spira’s suffering. His actions and motives put him at odds with the protagonist, Yuna, and her guardians throughout the story.
