Black Pit, known as 'Dark Pit' in English versions and 'ブラックピット' (Burakku Pitto) in Japanese, is a prominent character in the Dairantou Smash Bros. series (Super Smash Bros.). He is a dark doppelganger of Pit, originally from the Kid Icarus: Uprising game, created from a magical mirror. Black Pit is known for his rebellious attitude, independence, and antihero role. In the Smash Bros. series, he appears as a fighter with moves similar to Pit, but with distinct differences reflecting his unique personality.
