Overview
Morofushi Hiromitsu, known by his codename Scotch, is a character in the anime and manga series Meitantei Conan (Detective Conan). He was an undercover Public Security Bureau (PSB) officer who infiltrated the Black Organization. Hiromitsu was a close friend of Rei Furuya (Bourbon) and Jinpei Matsuda.
